Message I know (At least on our dyno) that 15 PSI with small pipes will not make 400 RWHP. Especially with a Stillen Cat back.
You were either running more boost than 15 PSI or the dyno was very giving ;-)
I see lots of data and at this point I can tell you what just about any set up on a Z could make if everything is right.
Dynojet is the mainstream dyno that most use and is easiest to compare with others.
Other brand dyno can be higher and lower.
The dynojet results are pretty close in other locations if the equipment is good.
The only thing I have seen over the years that is a issue with dynojet results is when they are located in high altitude. For some reason the dynojet results in high altitude are extremely giving and show much higher numbers.
I also noticed in your post with the dyno you said it went over 15 PSI on the dyno.
With Larger pipes you move more volume of air and make more power at lower boost levels. The Ash intercoolers also offer better cooling and have more air molecules in the same space offering more power as well.
If you brought your car here with the parts you had listed you would be hard pressed to make 360 RWHP at 15 PSI on our Dyno.
